basically, the package arrived damaged and opened from the side, it was literally one piece of cardboard with some tape so when hit in transit, it was easy to break open. Contacted them multiple times, won\’t refund me even when I sent photos and even when I had emails from the delivery company confirming that it\’s on the seller\’s end and not theirs. So I\’m out of 296$, my emails are being ignored, and they won\’t let me leave a review on what happened to me either. I honestly feel like this was a scam because when I asked others about it, some agreed it seemed like a scam and that some also had issues with this site as well. I wanted to place an order again in the future but with how I\’ve been treated, probably not and I hope they don\’t do this to anyone else :/
There were no pictures sent to you during your feedback to us, and we have found your sign-off sheet to prove that you confirmed it was correct before signing off on it. Because of the breakage caused by logistics delivery, this responsibility should not be borne by us.
Our packaging are tested, the transportation is no problem. As for you said you did not receive the goods, please contact the logistics company, I check the logistics information shows that you have signed for it.
It is 100% your responsibility because if the package was more just than just one layer of cardboard and tape, it wouldn’t have gotten damaged so easily. Whether you want to admit it or not, this is a scam. I got no product and no money refunded.
