What is it? 99% ISO doesn’t get it off nearly as well as whatever it is, smells like Goo Gone but isn’t orange. Please give me the source I don’t wanna have to order 100 jade skates to get more.
Main ingredients: Isopropanol
Flavor: tangerine flavor
I think I found the original product thank you seems to be goo gone pads with ISO
Glue removal pad manufacturer’s answer: Main ingredient: isopropyl alcohol.
I just wanna know what it is, it is not Isopropyl Alcohol and you all should be able to say what is being used and not say it’s isopropyl alcohol.
I want to use it to remove adhesive but the one wipe is not enough, I would like to make my own wipes for home use as I am always messing with adhesives.
I think you did a lot of research on this chemistry. We are not chemistry experts. We offer this adhesive removal wipe just to help users remove the remaining tape from the bottom of their mouse. We don’t want to explore a wider range of uses.
What do you mean tangerine flavor? I’m guessing it’s a joke, but in case thought I’d ask. Isopropyl alcohol has no corrosiveness to plastics as far as I’m aware and you stated on another question that the adhesive removal is corrosive. I can use 99% Isopropyl and it won’t put a dent in the adhesive but your Adhesive removal pads the second it touches adhesive it’s gone.
“The Adhesive Removal Wipes, cannot be used as alcohol cotton because it has corrosiveness, Suitable for adhesive that is difficult to remove. Use on the bottom, cannot be used on the upper shell.”
