I spent 28 dollars on a mousepad that I never received and would like a refund or replacement mousepad. I was so exicited to finally be able purcase this mouse pad after hearing really good things about it .I ordered the mouse pad on Feb 26. I waited for the mouse pad and actively looked out for it while getting other packages. I countuied to wait and decided to check the tracking options and it said it was delivered, yet I saw nothing. So I waited somemore because it’s said it takes 1-3 week to deliver and chalked it up to that. I waited two more days and was curious and asked micheal@x-raypad.com what was going on with the shipping. he said it had been delivered in the mailbox. I would have mad sense that it was still in there sense I rarely check it, but no it wasn’t. I asked him about a refund or replacement and have yet to get a response, so am I just out almost 30 bucks?
As for the signed receipt of goods, the logistics company confirms that the transportation has been completed. Our company does not need to bear any responsibility for this. But considering the possible impact of COVID-19, we hope our customers will not cause any loss, so we can undertake the cost of re sending the goods once. But there will be no refund. I hope you understand.
