Step 5: Check and Editing Artwork(Free)
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

I recently just received my custom mousepad and wow everything came out absolutely perfect! The process of making it and getting shipped to me was fairly quick and I couldn’t be happier with what I received. The support was phenomenal and helped me through this very easy process, I just gave them the dimensions I wanted my mouse pad to be and the custom image I wanted and they made it happen without any problems. I highly recommend purchasing your own custom mousepad and I promise you wont be disappointed!

This was my first time ordering a custom printed mousepad from anywhere and x-ray pad exceeded my expectations. I ordered this mousepad in February and it’s showing no signs of waring. The stitching is still perfect and the mousepad just feels great. I use it with my Pulsar Xlite V2 Mini Wireless and they pair really well together. I play FPS games like Apex Legends that require a lot of tracking and my aim has never been better. The design of course is inspired by DOOM, one of the fathers of my favorite genre of games (FPS).
Last thing, X-raypads’s customer service is great. I wasn’t even sure they would print the design and at the time, my requested size was not on the dropdown select menu (400x400mm); they replied back quickly and let me they would do it so if in doubt about anything, send them an email or join their discord.

Incredible mousepad, they improved the base, the stitching is great. And I got quite used to the hybrid surface, which is very easy to clean.
Some colors don’t look so perfect, like red. But it’s amazing for the value. I’ll do another one soon
