Step 5: Check and Editing Artwork(Free)
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

Excellent, responsive communication from x-raypad team from order to finish and very fast shipping to Australia as well (took 9 days with 4PX shipping option). The team went out of their way to reedit my photo when I requested for more contrast and vibrant and make sure that I was happy with the preview image before they proceeded with printing. I’m very happy with the print, colour is not 100% accurate but not completely off either. This is just the nature of printing on fabric, otherwise, it’s clear, sharp and detailed. Highly recommended and will order some more mats in a near future.

The customer service reps helped me get a completely pink mousepad for my desk. I’m working towards it being entirely pink someday. The mouse glides very smoothly over the mouse pad and it matches the rest of my decor, but isn’t too visually busy. Thank you for a great product.

Just received my custom mousepad and happy with the final product! It’s very smooth and the print quality is amazing. Excellent customer service as well (Jiuson, you are the best) during a hiccup with the shipping courier that deemed my mousepad was lost during transit but managed to found it and delivered. X-Raypad was willing to resend it again without paying the same amount if it did not get delivered.
Definitely will purchase another in the future!

This is an absolutely fantastic product. As an Aqua Control+ ROB fan and owner, I was ecstatic to discover that there is a service to customize the print on the mouse pad.
