After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

I currently own a ROB aqua control+, so I know that this mousepad is good. They were quick to make the mousepad, and were able to make some extra changes as to my request. However, the mousepad that I received was of the wrong material, it was silky smooth. I contacted support right away and they quickly responded to my messages. I ended up paying a little over half of the shipping cost ($12) to have my original order corrected. I wasn’t very keen on paying extra just to get my original order (since shipping almost costs just as much as the mousepad), but I guess I can try to see if I can offset the cost by selling this mousepad. I give this a 4/5 just because it was a hassle and a little bit of an annoyance getting the correct order.

The mouse pad is very good, the only thing I don’t like too much is the color accuracy but it looks great overall! Amazing materials, it feels very nice on touch and with the mousepad. You can tell it’s a good quality product and I’m glad I bought it.
I’m very satisfied with the customer support too, I had some problems with the image resolution and size and they helped me patiently, answering to all my questions and offering suggestions.

These mouse pad are amazing! The customer support is really good. I have done it through their Facebook page. Personal are really friendly and gives good advice. The free shipping they proposed me is really good. Good tracking and really fast. I can clearly say that I will buy more in the future from them that for sure! They explained that the colour printed on the mouse pad will not be as accurate as the picture I have sent. That is true, as they explained. But I can say that the colours are accurate, it is the saturation that is lacking. So if you choose a photo with a lot of dark colour it will print really good. My picture is a bright picture with vivid colours (there is gradient in it) and I really how it printed out. I have bought 3 mouse pad different. The Aqua+, the Equate+ and the Thor. For colour saturation I would rate them as follow.
Aqua+: 7*
Equate+: 6*
Thor: 9*

First things first, customer support for X-raypad is unrivaled. I had originally received a mousepad that was not to my liking and wrote a mediocre review of it. The same night, Suki reached out to me via email asking me how they could correct the situation and give me a satisfactory experience. I would not hesitate at all to buy with these guys, there is absolutely no other company that has customer support like x-raypad. Second, the pad itself. They say it is common to receive color defects and I would not underestimate that claim. My first mousepad that I had ordered was supposed to be gray but ended up in brown. Regardless, the quality of the pad is excellent. I am a person who plays hours of VALORANT, Apex, Warzone, etc… daily. The durability of this pad is amazing. The feel as advertised is a control pad, however it’s a solid middle ground in between a speed and control pad. I’d recommend this as a first to anyone who’s never felt a premium pad. Definitely a top 10 on the market right now.
