- We suggest to leave a download link of artwork on the checkout page when order.

Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

My mousepad is really well made! The material is great and feels really nice, the print quality is good and the size is perfect. Received the final product exactly 2 weeks after purchasing which is pretty good considering I selected the cheapest shipping. No complaints at all!

The mat is exactly what I had wanted & expected. Customer service was really quick to send me confirmation photos of the printed mat before sending it out to me which was a nice touch. Shipping was just as described.

I needed a custom sized mousepad designed to fit a new keyboard chair mount, and x-raypad allowed me to make one that was perfectly sized and featured a fun design that was executed perfectly! I have very minimal space for a mousepad, and my old one that I’ve had since 2015~ had finally given out on me. A friend recommended this website to me and I decided to give it a shot! Incredible quality for the price, and it came out beautiful. The colors are different than the provided image, but that’s to be expected so it’s nothing to be upset about. I was sent a digital preview for what the mat would look like prior to creation and was able to adjust it as needed. It took about 11 days to arrive with the shipping method I selected (4PX & USPS) and came in perfect condition, unopened. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with this product!

I’m so pleased with my purchase. I have a somewhat awkward/tight desk space, so it was great to be able to get a pad just the right size for my keyboard and mouse without too much extra perimeter. It was also great to be able to customize the image to get a design I liked and colors to match my keyboard. And the ordering/processing was very smooth — someone from X-Raypad reached out with a digital mockup of my mat prior to printing, then followed up with a photo of the finished product before shipping.

Was able to get a perfect size for my desk, which is a bit on the smaller side, And I chose a nice basic printing, it all came out beautifully! Very pleased with the quality and print job
