Custom Playmats steps
1, Input the mat size into Length & Width
2, Select Corner Option: Edge stitched or Non
3, Artwork Option: How to send us the image.
Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I was interested in an Axis and Allies (a board game) map. I did not know which company could print this for me the best. Someone recommended X-Raypad. At first, I was a bit hesitant since it was a bit expensive. I regret that I didn’t order it immediately, because it is the best map I’ve ever seen. The quality is excellent! It feels very nice and soft. and rolls up easily. And it also smells very nice! If you want to buy something from X-Raypad, don’t hesitate like me, but order it IMMEDIATELY! The shipment was also very quick (unlike other things from Hong Kong) and I did not have to pay any import duties! This map is definitely worth the money. I am so glad I bought it!

You WON’T regret it. I play Axis and Allies, a world domination board game like Risk. I sent them the file and dimensions. They sent me a “board” of amazing quality and detail. At this point I only use custom x-raypad products as gameboards. When I got to tournaments other players are in awe at the quality and size of my boards. X-raypad has GREAT customer service too. They will work with you until they get your order just right. They do this by emailing you the dimensions beforehand allowing you to make sure you’re getting exactly the size you need. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you X-raypad!!

Not only is the finished product superb, well stitched, top notch quality. But the customer support was on point and helping as much as possible with me being between houses and all, very appreciated!

I was hesitant to get a large custom mousepad due to the cost and also worried whether the quality would be good. What I received was nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend this company. I created a custom extra large playmat to organize all of the monsters for my Massive Darkness game. X-Raypad did an awesome job with it. There was constant and prompt communication so I was always aware of the progress and the materials and craftsmanship is awesome. The sent me back a perfect product and they did it very quickly. I’m very impressed with their custom playmat services and they will be my go-to for future playmat needs.
