Custom Playmats steps
1, Input the mat size into Length & Width
2, Select Corner Option: Edge stitched or Non
3, Artwork Option: How to send us the image.
Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

These guys were so patient with me. My first pic didn’t translate at all and rather than making me take it they kept on it and then just let me change the pic. Most companies wouldn’t work with you on that but these guys did. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you!

Excelent customer support. I wanted something the exact size of my gaming table so I reached out to them and their response was prompt. Product looks amazing and seems high quality. I’d say I can’t wait to try it out, but my social life is on complete hold due to you-know-what so I dunno when I’ll ever get to try it out.
Product and customer service were great. My only caveat is they use DHL for shipping and in my region DHL are very flakey. I can’t fault these guys, especially since they reached out to me when they noticed my package was on hold to make sure I was aware of this.

…I’m glad I did. Everything about the experience was very positive and the play mat turned out great. They were right on it the same day as I submitted my order and custom artwork and kept me informed every step of the process. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived seeing as how it was a custom order and had a long way to travel to get to me but everything went smoothly. I was also a bit unsure as to how it would turn out and the quality of the product but again, everything exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order again and probably will as it is going to make a unique and personalized gift!

Purchased both of the axis and allies style game mats in the 36″ x 72″ size. Corresponding with the staff at X-Raypad was easy and they were wonderful to deal with. Both mats arrived together in a timely manner (less then one week!). I was very impressed with the quality of the mats and how well they turned out. I purchased both mats as gifts and I already have other people asking me to get them one as well. I would highly recommend this product and dealing with the wonderful people working for X-Raypad technologies. I will be a repeat customer and cannot thank them enough for such a great, cool and unique product!

I had a custom mat for Marvel Legendary made and these guys did an Awesome job! Unfortunately I misspelled the word Villain twice on my mat! The ONLY mistake on the play mat was my OWN! I also had a MTG play mat made at the same time, it came out perfect. Great job guys! Everyone who sees the mats are impressed!

Great mat for the Showdown Board of Kingdom Death: Monster. You still die a lot, but it’s that much more satisfactory!
