Custom Playmats steps
1, Input the mat size into Length & Width
2, Select Corner Option: Edge stitched or Non
3, Artwork Option: How to send us the image.
Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I just received 4 custom game mats that are for various boardgames. Holly, from XRay, worked with me to make sure the images were sufficient and made sure that the product would look good. And after receiving them, they really are great! The colors are just slightly softer than in the original images and there is a VERY small degree of “shrinkage” when compared to the paper boards, but these very slight differences in no way would discourage me from ordering again or effect my ability to play on them. Already looking forward to my next order!

Soooo this pad is pretty dope. I talked to whoever is on their messenger help line and they guided me through the whole damn thing. I bought a nemesis size playmat which was 33×22 or something. I love it. Got the stitched sides and stuff too. Really sweet board

Have ordered a number of custom game mats for various board games, including Kingdom Death Monster. Have loved the quality of the product, but also the willingness of the staff to answer questions, respond to emails quickly, and work with you to make sure your mat comes out good. I ordered the 11″ x 11″ mat with a custom design for The Duke. The first one came in with a slight, but noticeable defect. When I brought this up to customer service it was not only replaced, but upgraded! They added the edge stitching option because they thought it would be more durable in the long run. I am very happy with my experience and will happily order again for my next project.
Also. if you’re on the fence about edge-stitching I recommend it. The edges are going to last much longer with it. I consider it a must for any mat that will be travelling frequently.
