I usually don’t write product or business reviews, but I had to make an exception after my recent experience with X-raypad. I ordered a plain black custom-sized keyboard tray pad and mouse pad through their user-friendly website. I placed the order on a Sunday night, and the next morning, I got an email asking me to confirm my order and delivery address. Shortly after that, I received another email with the tracking number for my two items. I received the order on Wednesday of the following week (I paid a bit extra for expedited shipping). The pads fit perfectly in my keyboard tray and are of excellent quality. I couldn’t be happier! This company is well-run and has excellent communication. The products are outstanding and very affordable. The shipping cost more than the 2 pads.

The product arrived at exactly the size I asked. It looks and feels even better than the aqua control+ that I bought back then. Just as advertised, it has no logo, nothing, just pure, clean black. Recommended.

High quality and the stitches are excellent
For the length size it’s 5mm shorter or 0.5 cm not bad, for the width same as I ordered

It’s really nice to be able to order a high quality mousepad in whatever dimension you like. The dimensions are are fitting my desk, the edges are nicely stitched and the surface itself feels and looks great!

Extremely well done mousepad. The grip on the bottom prevents any sort of bending or creasing which occurred quite often with other large mousepads I used.

I was so happy when I received my mats. The came quicker than I expected, the quality was excellent, and they were everything I had hoped for; but, when I placed them on the surfaces for which I had bought them, I discovered that they were a bit short of the dimensions I had requested. I sent off an email explaining the situation and had a response that evening. They were very friendly and understanding and had a new set on the way to me by the time I woke up the next morning. That is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back again and again. I will definitely be recommending x-raypad to my friends and family!
