After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

I personalized this custom mouse pad as a gift for a friend and it didn’t disappoint. The overall quality of this model is great, the picture quality is amazing, high-quality impression, high resolution and beautiful colours. The service is also very good, I was quickly sent a preview for the image placement, and then I received a picture of the printed product before the expedition. I didn’t have to wait for very long to receive it, and the packaging was also well done. I recommend it and I’ll probably order one for myself.

Was looking for a mousepad that would fit my oddly sized desk. I wanted a desk mat that my mouse and keyboard could both fit on. I was looking at companies like corsair, logitech, steelseries, and hyperx. None of them had what I needed. Thier sizes were either too big, or too small. My hunt ended when I found xraypad. I think that what these guys do is amazing. Not only did I find the perfect size for my desk, but I could print my own custom image to fit with my setup. That alone was a selling point for me. The quality of this mousepad is amazing. The only mousepads I’ve used have been steelseries, and they just feel so cheap compared to xraypad. My glorious model o glides amazing on this mousepad, and it is definitely good for gaming. The speed feels very good. I think my favorite thing has to be the material. My steelseries mousepads always picked up cat hair, dust, food, and all kinds of things. With the material of this mousepad, the stuff just wipes right off with no problems. It was definitely a surprise to me, and I’m very pleased with it. My image turned out really good because it was nice and simple, but I’m not sure how complex images would work. The image does have a sort of glossy finish that can change colors a bit, but xraypad does a really good job of warning you of this. Thier team is very helpful and will work with you until you are completely satisfied on the image. Shipping can take a little while, but I think it is worth it all things considered.
In conclusion, the company has good support, and durable, high quality mouspads. Shipping can take some time, but it is worth it. Colors may be distorted, but their team works with you to try and get the colors right. I am very satisfied.

My 7th mousepad from x-ray pads. Out of all the custom mousepad places I’ve tried, this is the first I’d recommend to anyone.
Image quality is always good if you provide high res pictures. The people helping you with the custom mousepad will tell you if the image is high res enough. (go upscale your picture as you want).
They did say there is a colour deviation but I don’t seem to have a good enough eye to notice them when looking at it.
You can see the fibres if you put your face right next to the pad, but from normal use sitting, not noticeable.
If shined with bright light, the material seems to be reflective but doesn’t reflect with normal monitor, window, and home light fixtures so nothing to worry about if you are planning to work in a photo studio.
Image/mousepad quality is great
customer service is great and responds very quickly (they help you all the way and confirm if the image resolution is okay and if everything is rightly cropped)
little sad these guys aren’t well known to everyone who wants a good quality mousepad.

Very good image quality. It got a slightly metallic look to it, which is most likely caused by the fabric fibers.
Colors are not exactly the same, but they mentioned that in the email. The colors turned out a bit brighter as intended, but i can live with that.
The surface is very smooth, so my mouse zooms over without any effort. Way better compared to previous mouse mats i had.
In the image attached you can see the color difference, as well as how good the image quality is very close up.
For reference, the image i had used was 7166×3228, selfmade in photoshop.

I just love this mousepad. It’s the right size and it has very nice stitched edges. I had originally sent an image that was too small and would make the pattern blurry, but the person assisting me, Holly, found a better picture for me, so thanks so much! Customer service was great and the quality of the mousepad is perfect. I did have to wait for about a month for it to arrive, but because of the quartine and Covid-19, I should have expected that, so I would definitely recommend paying for faster shipping.

First heard of you guys from a reddit post and decided that you’d be the guys I’d come to when I got my gaming laptop. First off: Customer service is top quality. The staff I was in correspondence with explained the process through very efficiently and replied to my emails in timely fashions. They can get orders down fast and are always giving an ear to their customers’ wants, needs and queries. They even go right down to specific details on custom designs, so that their customers are satisfied with what they see (not that I needed to do that because they’re very good). My end product is perfect; It’s smooth, very pretty, my mouse glides right over it with ease, and is built to a high standard. I highly recommend people get their mouse pads from these guys, they certainly deserve some recognition.

Mousepad turned out great, amazing quality, stitching looks great! Overall a very high quality product. I went for the Thor mousepad, it’s incredibly smooth and the mouse glides just the way I want it to.

I’ve switched from large high speed gaming mouse pads from famous vendors to this deskmat. It mouses just as well. It dampens the sound of my keyboard. It has a wonderfully custom printed graphic. And it is personalized with my alias in the corner.
The person I worked with was very helpful in getting the graphic just right. He was patient with me to get the details correct. And even though it was shipped from China, I received it in the USA in 3 days. I would do business with them again.

I had asked a question that took around a week and another that took less than eight hours.
I was given an apology for the late response to the first question, which was appreciated.
Wait time for a preview image was more or less a mere day
Production of the product took five days as stated after ordering.
Communication was smooth and amazingly fast.
Emails were answered in less than three hours to a day.
Details and worries about the product and shipping were nicely helped via email.
The product is indeed high-quality and was printed beautifully.
The overall service was wonderful!
