I’ve gotten other people X-Raypad products before with great success and satisfaction. I finally decided to upgrade my desk with a large gaming mouse pad and had to come back to X-Raypad. I knew what I wanted, but when it came time to make the pad I was told that the image would need to be stretched too much and it would not look good. The manager working on my order (Jiuson Zhou) then took five different images and worked together an amazing collage for me at no extra charge. You want to talk about incredible service, this is it right here. I also wanted to mention that the window for creation and shipping may seem like a lot, but the folks over at X-Ray move extremely quickly. All of my purchases have actually come well before the estimated delivery dates.
The pad itself is perfect. The images look great on it, the size is exactly as stated, any items I put/use on it move freely and are never impeded–I am beyond happy with this purchase.
I highly recommend X-Raypad for all of your mouse pads and all of your customizables as I have yet to be even slightly disappointed.

sent the PSD design thru FB messenger and email. Got the response within 2 hours. work and delivery was quick considering that the time i ordered this, it was Feb and the covid virus was really hurting a lot of other makers in China. not X-raypad, they got their workflow sorted out and was able to deliver within the specified timeframe.
They also kept me up to date with the delivery. The UPS website was not updated (probably because of the virus), it said that the package was still shipping but i already received the package.

I ordered 5 of these mats for a wedding party present and could not be happier! The proofing process was spot on and looks exactly like the finished product. Shipping to Australia only took 4 days. Overall, I am very impressed. Will definitely consider this company for other mouse mats or gaming mats. (I would post a photo, but I have not given the gifts away yet, if I can edit this later, I will add them in)

The title of my review says it all. I built a custom graphic, and then x-raypad worked with me until it looked just the way I wanted it. They even prototyped a few just to see how everything would print. Responsive, great attention to detail, and very reasonably priced. I love my huuuuge new soft, custom branded deskpads. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them.
