Ive always loved the EC shape, but have been using a G403 so far because Benq have decided to do nothing good with their shapes. This is where the skoll comes in and damn does it nail almost everything.
First of the shape is amazing as expected, but more importantly the weight such a gamechanger. I havent used a low weight mouse until now as theyve all been ambi, but finally there’s a low weight ergo mouse and in the EC shape no less! The holes are also not an issue in any way, if anything I quite like them as they give a bit of extra grip and I get some much needed ventilation for my sweaty hands. The coating is very rough which feels great, but there’s one small issue and that is that there seems to be some slight discoloration where I rest my fingers on the m1/m2 buttons. This is on the black model. Another issue with the build is the flex on the left side. This seems to be the most wide-spread issue with this mouse and mine isnt without fault, but luckily its very very slight on my model. I dont notice it at all in-game, but if I press right under the side buttons it makes a sqeak and flexes a bit. There’s also some rattle when shaking it, but again doesnt happen when gaming so its really a non issue.
That’s about it for the negatives, the rest is nearly perfect. 3360 sensor is flawless. Scroll wheel is amazing with perfect tactility, weight and click. Sidebuttons are simply the best Ive used, no pre/post-travel and very satisfying clicks. M1/M2 buttons are fine and they fixed the debounce latency with a software update. The cable is AMAZING, especially coming from more typical modern gaming mice. Stock mouse feet are good and glide smoothly on my G-SR mousepad. Also even though Im not really an RGB person the RGB is done very tastefully, although I’d personally take no RGB for guaranteed no side flex instead. Gotta mention the packaging which in of itself is awesome and the included tinbox instantly found a place on my desk.
All in all this is an amazing mouse for a great price and really seems to be as endgame I think a mouse could get for me. If g-wolves could fix the minor QC issues with later revisions I could easily see myself picking up another one in white.

Firstly, this mouse is really well built, and is using a really good and well regraded shape (Zowie EC Series). Also, it has amazing side buttons and scroll wheel. However, the main left and right mouse buttons, feel a bit to easy to press, while also feeling a little mushy; and finally, I wish both the side grips and the left and right mouse buttons weren’t as slippery as they are, this could be due to my grip (palm style) but I doubt it, it can be difficult to get a good grip on the mouse without it slipping after a short while.
