After several months of using these skates, I felt compelled to share my experience. What sets these skates apart is their exceptional performance in both flicks and tracking, providing a consistently smooth glide. They wear down slightly but afterward stay consistent.
One notable feature is their reusability—I’ve found myself removing and resticking them multiple times without any loss in effectiveness. I experimented with varying quantities, ranging from 4 to 20 skates on my mouse, and found that 20 is the perfect balance for me.
I also tested the SuperGlide V2 dots, but they are nothing compared to these skates. The value for money is crazy, coming with 40 dots for one pack. This is great because it gets rid of the need to remove and re-buy skates when changing stuff inside the mouse.
Basically, these skates are perfect for me. I only hope that later they will come out with even better skates.

Didn’t know what to expect, but after days of gaming I’m highly impressed with the job X-raypad did creating these new skates. I now prefer then over Tiger Ice V2 dots, they have the perfect static vs dynamic friction balance which gives amazing stopping power without giving up the smooth speed. On top of the performance they’re ONLY $6 for 40 Obsidian dots + $4 shipping, you can’t find a better deal.
