Bought these skates without having much expectations. I’m normally a hyperglide user but MS-3 was out of stock and I couldn’t find any alternatives.
Stumbled upon this and after they arrived was fairly surprised. Feels pretty similar to hyper – in terms of the material used seems the same and they’re definitely rounded as well. The only thing is the adhesive may not be as good as the one hyper uses BUT I’ve had no issue after applying them (like a skate shifting or falling off) so another place to get replacement mouse skates for me.
They seem to have a pretty big selection too which makes me more likely to purchase here again in the future. This is my 2nd purchase from x-ray pad and it went well. Recommended.
Note: Removing the skates from the intellimouse pro is pretty difficulty – some mice make it easier with grooves but this one has no such thing – so be careful to not accidentaly scratch the bottom of your mouse or cut your hand. I used a flathead screwdriver and it was overly difficult.. guess MS didn’t expect people to replace the skates? Yikes
