I purchased a custom Aqua Control v2 several months ago, however I notice the image on the mousepad has started to degrade, with a sort of grey/black debris building up. Is this a sign I need to wash it? or is this the mousepad itself degrading? What steps can I take to fix this?

You can use a clean damp cloth to gently wipe. Wipe off the surface dust.
We recommend not cleaning the mouse pad frequently, as it may affect the surface and feel of the mouse pad.
