I had a very specific size pad I wanted for a keyboard and mouse tray (27.25″ wide by 10″ deep), I had a very specific color scheme I was trying to match with my keyboard, and I wanted it made out of the Aqua Control+ 4mm think material. I emailed James at x-raypad, and he was super helpful. He asked me to send him the image I wanted on the pad (.25″ wider and deeper than the pad). He sent me a preview to approve, then sent me a link to this custom product with a reference number to enter at checkout. The entire process was smooth and easy. The turn-around time on the custom pad was also very fast and they sent me a photo of it before shipping it to me. The final product that I received was exactly what I wanted, it was perfect for me. I love how the colors look with my keyboard, and I like how the mouse works on the pad. As an aside, I generated the image for the pad using Stable Diffusion.

Excellent performance out of the pad so far; James was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.
These guys really do seem to care a lot about getting you the best possible version of exactly what you are looking for.
I’ll be back when this eventually wears out!
