Order Delayed and says it won't come until a month.

I placed my order on the 27th of July, and I still have not received my order even though it has been the max amount of days that it said for the shipping that I paid for. Not only that, but it says on the tracking website that was given to me that it is going to take another 14 days in order to get to me. This is unbelievable that I had to pay 12 dollars for shipping just for my product to take a MONTH in order to get to me.  Never again.
