James was very helpful and really nice! The mousepad quality is great, stitching is great and the print quality is awesome. All the advertised qualities are there! Super smooth and speedy glide when paired with Jade dot skates or meteorite glass skates. Along with a very nice controlling feel when using Obsidian air dot skates. I’m 100% buying more mousepads and other accessories from here!

The prints were of very high quality and the delivery was quick.
I was a little worried about the anti-slip performance on the back side, but even if I played with low sensitivity, it did not shift at all.

This is the third pad I bought. Not because they broke but just to update the design on my desk. My old pads still look like brand new. I love the quality and how nice people working for x-raypad are.
I will buy again

First of all, I liked the customer service(fast response, friendly and helped me getting what I wanted), james@x-raypad.com helped me through the customization of my mouse pad. After receiving the product, I was very happy, the quality is fantastic, he told me that the colors could vary a bit, but I don’t see much a difference from the preview I sent to him, it’s very nice. If you see noisy effects on the mouse pad is because I wanted it like that not because the printing quality has an error, that’s how I wanted to customize it. Next I’ve bought many mousepads before, but the feeling of this mousepad is only I liked, it matches the description Speed+control, it’s slippery enough to do quick movements and has enough friction to be able to stop it at the good moment. For my hands the material is very comfortable. With I can say I really appreciated what i’ve bough and for this price it’s more than fair. Just be sure to send a preview image of what you want with at least 300 dpi and the pixels required to have the quality you expect (Anyways you have a good service, if you have questions with the quality through your purchase. Thank you!

Awesome control pad. I’d put this neck and neck with a fresh out of box g640, but lasts a fair bit longer. I felt like it had some coating before so i cant say it was as fast or last as long as old AC+ black
I notice now the title update to AC II custom…does this mean it is now identical materials / speed / control to new AC II black? https://shop.x-raypad.com/shop/x-raypad-aqua-control-ii-gaming-mouse-pads/
Can you confirm this? If so, that means it should be similar in speed to a Artizan zero mid, I will order one more 😀

Very impressive pad! The surface is a little rough but still glidy for light mouse. The back side of the pad is pretty sticky that wouldn’t shift even I played with intensive movement.
If you are looking for a speed and control pad, this could be the best choice of all!
Also, the customer service replied very fast and friendly. Strongly Recommend!

Aqua Control II offers control under a silk smooth feeling of gliding. The picture quality is nice and detailed without too much color deviation.
The custom size 340 mm x 280 mm making this mousepad is the most suitable mousepad to use with the Logitech PowerPlay system

The mousepad looks great, and the print quality is amazing. It has a good amount of startup friction, but after startup it allows you to glide effortlessly across the pad, it’s great for both speed and control. The speed is not hindered by humidity, I believe because of the special coating, and it feels great all the time. I’m extremely happy with the performance, price, and kind customer support offered to me!

Its really smooth, i can do very fast accurate movement on it, also pretty comfy when my arms rest on it, definitely better than my old mouse pad which was the red dragon flick pad, also the grip on the bottom is really good, if i try to make the pad slip with my arms weight on it, my whole desk shakes (wooden desk so that probably adds a bit to the grip)… stitch quality is also really good. Overall its amazing, especially considering that buying this and shipping it all the way to south africa cost less than it would for me to buy none-custom pads that are a similar quality
I will update in a few weeks/months on how well it lasts, especially since i am in an area where its often 80% humidity

As a long time owner of the aqua control plus, i had a go at the 2 and was NOT dissapointed. The base feels grippier, the surface is sleeker and faster, overall feels far more premium.
The custom print is great, although I warn you the colours will appear more washed out and desaturated than you expect irl. If you are ordering a monocolour get it significantly more saturated than you expect.
At this price this is IMO the best pad on the market.

This mouse pad gives you the best of both worlds in terms of speed and control and I prefer it over my 20 something other mouse pads in my collection (including artisan pads). It’s very consistent even during summer when humidity usually becomes a problem for most pads. Fast tracking, slow precise aiming or flick shots, all of it feels great on this pad, and it’s comfortable and fast enough to use for long moba sessions. The fact that I can have my own design on it makes it even better, and support is very helpful, polite and hard working.

They were in constant contact with me through out the process and had me double check to make sure it was correct and to my liking before they comitted to the print. Will definitely use again when it’s time to reorder

The Support staff handled my order and replied professionally, it took only 8 days to get it to Europe(lucky i guess). Custom size, pad type and image, these guys are not kidding.

Great process for a custom mousepad. Directions were clear and X-raypad support corresponded with me through the entire process. They showed me images of the mousepad before shipping. After receiving the mousepad, the mousepad is high quality and quickly flattens. The clear edge stitched seams were perfect and the image carried across the seams without issues. The only slight problem I have are the corners are more rounded (greater radius of curvature) than I would have liked, but it is not a big deal. I will make sure to order more in the future.

Before buying this pad, I used (xsoft) from connect it, it was a relatively slow pad, I decided to look for something faster like AC2. I’ve only been using the pad for a short time, but even now I can say that I didn’t make a mistake, because I really didn’t expect such a difference in mouse sensing when it’s just a “pad”. Quite the opposite, it’s an incredible game changer, the pad captures every movement I make beautifully. The stitching quality is luxurious and the mat doesn’t even move from the table even when I press on it. The pad is still rather faster for me, but I believe I will get used to it.
Even in combination with obsidian air skates, which are much more quite and premium than common obsidian skates
I want to thank Suki from x-raypad once again for the quick communication and patience.

I ordered my pad during their Black Friday sale, and despite what I would have assumed would be a busy time they still responded later the same day with a mockup of what it would look like. Talk about dedication! The preview looked great, I gave the okay and it was printed and shipped out so fast I almost couldn’t believe it. It arrived well packaged and looks and feels absolutely fantastic. Colors and details are great, the stitching is will done, really everything I could ask for. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional costumer service. Everything is good as advertised, I wish they had a 3mm custom ac2 but the mousepad is still quite firm, not as firm as the artisan mid or matrova firm. It’s definitely faster than the pink storm from matrova, the static friction is a lot lower which makes it more enjoyable for me. it’s slightly faster and smoother than the hien. However I have been using it for about 2 days, so we will see how its going to feel after the break in period. The rubber base actually sticks to my table a lot more than the poron base of the hien, so I definitely like that. I have used AC+ white before and the stitching has improved. Overall, 5/5 and time will show how the mousepad will hold up.

Honestly the mousepad was a little dimmer than I thought it would be but that doesn’t take away from the feel of it. I used to use the Steel Series Qck and it feels similar to that but a tad bit faster. When I started my order it only took about a few hours for them to email me back about my design and every time I wanted to adjust the look they responded pretty fast like an hour sometimes less. The shipping was ok since it only took about 8 days from when I approved of the design to it arriving at my door.

I ordered the 500x500mm size variant of this mousepad, and only like a week later it arrived. The feel of the Mousepad is great, you get speed but you also get great control. If you have a Superlight/Superlight 2, make sure to swap out the stock feet, because they have like a scratching sound on the Pad. I will be buying from Xraypad again.
