The Equate Plus V2 is such a good hybrid mousepad!
The customer service was really helpful in taking into account my request for the custom size and the background.
I really recommend it and would buy it again!

Second time ordering from the guys and finally got a custom pad made. Before that I took Equate +, but the first version, with black edges.
The second version is very different from the first one, both in terms of coverage and feel. The “grains of sand” seem smaller, the speed is high, but the control is also there.
I’m satisfied with the detail of the print, the colors are great (I’ll attach a photo). Separately customized the top lettering for myself – a cool feature. Made it in 2-3 days, responsive guys on Facebook. Came in 10 days. I’m satisfied, the price is very nice, but the shipping half the price of the pad is upsetting, but there is nothing to do.
I like the second version better in terms of slip than the first, however the first one is over 2 years old, so we’ll see over the long haul what happens. The Lamzu Atlantis on glass feet just flies.
I consider x-raypad one of the best mats in terms of price-quality ratio, and even with the possibility of almost complete customization.
P.S. their new (relatively) feature with transparent edges is awesome!

I wanted to make my own custom pad and I’m a big fan of X-raypad’s other products so I figured they were the right choice. I was right! The pad itself is great quality, and the speed is pretty close to my Hien without being as abrasive. The customer service is really good, I asked for the product information to be taken off and X-raypad didn’t even hesitate. They had really good communication with me through the entire process. The only issues I had were due to my own design and nothing from X-raypad’s end.

Have used over 50+ pads, and have always been a supporter for X-raypad. After swapping amongst a bunch of Artisans (namely, Hayate Otsu, Zero, etc.) I settled at a custom AC2. Until I found out that Equate Plus v2 was out, and it’s supposed to be like a Hayate Otsu… but… in custom/larger size desk pad which I’ve always preferred, and why I didn’t stick with other pads. Service has always been top-tier, and this one ain’t any different. Played my first games of Valorant and Apex, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Wow, you’re such an experienced gaming peripherals enthusiast! I’m glad to see that you purchased our Equate Plus V2 custom mouse pad. Would you like us to release more sizes of the EQ+ V2? For example, XXL size?

Absolutely in love with my custom Equate Plus V2 and the Speed Heavy Bee Pad. They nailed the product draft out the park immediately and the quality of the mousepads along with a custom design for such a great price makes this company undoubtedly one of the best!

I have purchased 2 different custom mousepads, both with different images, and they have been great! The glide is smooth and the pad feels great! Will purchase again and highly recommend these mousepads.

Picked the 360×300 version as I’m a high sense player. It’s not easy to find most good pads in such a smallish size. Service was pleasent and responded very fast. After unpacking, the pad layed flat right away, which is a blessing. Print quality is beautiful, and in terms of glide & speed, both tracking and flicking feel excellent (as i enjoy games that require both: Quake, Apex) After using it for half a year now, and wiping it once every 1-2 weeks with a damp microfibre cloth, it still feels consistent. Good job xraypad!

I was looking for a new customizable mousepad to replace my old Razer Goliathus. After researching a bit online, I saw that X-raypad could be a good choice and decided to go for it. I ordered two custom mousepads in a custom 1000×400 size, and Jiuson guided me through the process.
After they were shipped a couple of days later, I saw that I suddenly had to pay tax, even though I had already paid for it during the order. When I showed this to Jiuson, he was also surprised, and we were able to quickly resolve this issue.
Now that I’ve had my mousepads for about a month, I’m still really happy with both of them. I had to get used to them at first since my old Razer mousepad was very smooth while this one has more of a texture, but I got used to it quite fast. I also like the additional thickness of the mousepad compared to my old one. On top of that, the print quality is really good and looks quite close to the previews made by Jiuson.
