There are two ways to view your order update(at least)

  1. Login your account on our site to view order update at your dashboard(Dashboard screen shot).
  2. Each order update was sent automatically via email when ship. So please make sure the email is correct with your order.

Where can we ship?

How to get the tracking number?

We ship to the most of the world. But we can’t ship to below countries or areas:

  • Cube, Faroe Islands, Iran, Isle of Man, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, United Staes Minor Outlying Islands, Venezuela

Each order will have an online tracking number. You can obtain the tracking number in the following two ways:

  1. Our shop will send you the order tracking via email(This is your email when registering).
  2. Log in to our website to check the tracking number on your account.

*Therefore, your registration email is very important to understand the status of your order and find your password if it is lost.

When Can I receive it?

Why do you need my phone number?

It depends on the shipping method you selected, usually

  • via airmail: It may take 1-3 weeks or 2-4 weeks on the way(please check the delivery time when order).
  • via Express: It may take about one week( or may fast or late several days) on the way.

*Parcel may delay in the transportation of goods caused by irresistible factors.

In fact, we do not need your phone. But it is required by the logistics company. The logistics company may call you if it is difficult to deliver.

So please provide your phone number so that our staff can quickly complete the shipping documents. Completing the shipping documents is a necessary step before shipping.

When can I get my tracking No.?

Can I change my shipping info?

  • Usually, we will add the tracking number at your account in 48 hours when your the order status changed in ” pick-up” status.
  • If you don’t receive the tracking, please login your account to view the order status. Learn more…
  • Yes, you can change it before shipping. We usually process your order in 1-24 hours. 
  • If you want to change your shipping address, email address or phone number, please contact us at earlier time possible. 

North America Delivery

European delivery

If you live in the United States or Canada, we offer two shipping methods:

  1. Air mail (1-3 weeks in the US)
  2. Express(3-8 days) via FedEx or DHL, shipped from China or Hong Kong to your address.

*Airmail service we offered is the fast one. In order to shorten the transportation time, the transportation is divided into two sections. The first section is air transport from China to the US airport (or Canadian airport), and the second section is distributed by the US logistics center to the US post office (or Canadian post office).

  • The first section was shipped by 4PX, so you will see the online tracking by 4PX.
  • The 2nd section, you can track it by USPS or Canada Post with the same tracking number(after 7days).

We offer two shipping methods too:

  1. Air mail (1-3 weeks in the most countries)
  2. Express(3-8 days) via FedEx or DHL, shipped from China or Hong Kong to your address. (stopped due to New Duty law)

*Airmail service we offered is the fast one. In order to shorten the transportation time, the transportation is divided into two sections. The first section is air transport from China to destination airport, and the second section is distributed by the European logistics center to the destination post office.

  • The first section was shipped by 4PX, so you will see the online tracking by 4PX.
  • The 2nd section, you can track it by destination Post with the same tracking number(after 7days).
