Process of getting custom sized mousepad

I wanted to get a control type mousepad (confused between AC zero or AC+) of size 360x400x4mm with a custom colour (no fancy design). 
I checked under the custom size prints but there is no option to select the type of surface. What will be the process for my specific requirements?
