I am contacting you regarding order #183300 for X-Raypad Aqua Control+ gaming mousepads. According to my order I purchased 4 mousepads, but only one was included in my package.
The product itself was exactly as ordered, but 3 of the mousepads I paid for are missing.
Can you please confirm this discrepancy and tell me how to resolve this issue?
