Hi! I just have a few questions.
I’m looking at two mouse pads, the aqua control + and the traigun

  1. I read in an earlier post that you guys will have the same material as the aqua control+ white in a black version, will that be available as custom pads as well (in general, I’m totally ok with just a black mouse pad, I just need to customize the size so it fits on top of my logitech powerplay mat)
  2. Will the traigun be available to be customized as well? (again, no need for print, i even like the default branding print. default black is ok, I just need a custom size [about 340mmx280mm])
  3. Im in the Philippines and when I tried calculating shipping, it based it using FedEx. We HATE fedex as they charge ridiculous fees on what should be settled already, can other services be used such as UPS or TNT etc.? If not, I will probably just use a freight forwarder from china.

Hi, Thanks for your questions and suggestion. Please see my answers as below:
1,  The Aqua control Plus is only the black version different from others. The custom printed pads are using same fabric as the white, ROB, FLY…
      (in order to know the mat different, we will change the black version from Aqua control + to Aqua control II soon)
2, It’s not available now. 
3, Per your suggestion, we just added TNT and DHL as the shipping option.

Hi,
1, We will not offer the custom size the raw materials can’t be stock in long days. We need to cut it into size when the raw materials produced.
2, If custom printed black, it will be same material as the white, ROB… Due to we need to printing the black onto white fabric.

Hi michael, thanks for the answers! Just a few more follow up ones!
1. Will you eventually allow the traigun to have custom sizes? (anytime soon? im wondering if i should wait or just go for the AC+ first)
2. Just clarifying, if i get a custom size AC+ and just want the print to be all black (maybe even just the AC+ logo, like default) it will be the same material as white?
