Hey I recently ordered an equate gaming mousepad, I made an account with this email and never got a confirmation email. so I was confused and tried to log on to this website with my  email and it said my email is not registered with you guys even though its the only email I use. In order to order a product I have to use an email so I\’m am very confused right now as to where my package is and when its coming since I cant login and check. thank you.
