Dear Support and gamers, I have bought the mousepad AC II Sakura Blue (size 600×450 or something, XLe) for TWO times and both times I had the same issue twice: The upper surface of the mouse is uneven and bumpy. The fact that it\’s a bit uneven is not so bad, because it should get flat in time. But the main issue that on the pad there are several (like 3 or 5) spots, where there are some really SMALL bumps, which can\’t even be seen visually, but can be felt with hand, and, mainly, the mouse. In those spots the mouse stops or moves unevenly, which is just infuriating during the game. I needed to rotate the pad upside down and still use the small amount of the surface (like 1/4), cause most part of the pad nad those surfece \”imperfections\”. Even changed my mouse LOD to 2 mm, first in a lifetime. This is important cauise I play on very small sense. I REALLY love the surface material so far, but I don\’t understand what is the issue – maybe its n the rubber base of the pad. First time I returned the pad to the store, they gave me another one, and now I think that all AC II sakura pads are like this. Is there a way to FIX this? What I tried to do: Putting a small needle underneath, trying to put air outside of the possiblle \”air bubble\”. Nothing Ironing the pad. Almost no result Putting under weights for a night. It gives some results, but not for long and in has to be dole, like, every night. Washing a little with water in case it was some dirt inside the upper surface. Nothing I guess the issue i with the rubber base, it being to hard. Or, maybe, I am just a player who is not satisfyed with not a COMPLETELY flat pad. Yet I have NEVER experienced something like this before. My desk is completely flat. This issue is on other desks as well. I used both pads for like a month. I have bought the pad from the retailer (or a reseller), so I don\’t have an order number.
