Hello, My jade speed skates meant for the g pro x superlight 2 are not working properly. My mousepad is the artisan fx raiden Mid and i want to know why my mouse skates are not working and how to fix the issue. My issue happens when i lift my mouse and then place it on my mousepad. If i then move my mouse the movement does not register on my screen. Please respond becuase i want to be ablte to play again
