“Payment processing failed. Please retry.” is what i got after trying to place an order. Any idea as to why that happened?

There are two ways to send us the Payment: 1, Stripe: can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 2. PayPal.

hello. how do I pay for an order? I don’t have PayPal
It’s ready for credit now.
I placed an order for and received ONE pad for total of $62.47. However, there are 3 charges on the credit card: (1st chrg.) for $62.47 on 12/6/19, (2nd chrg.) for $62.47 on 12/6/19, and (3rd chrg.) for 62 cents on 12/6/19. How do I get the 2nd and 3rd charges removed. I did not order nor receive more than ONE pad. Please advise as soon as possible!!!

An order corresponds to a transaction. There will be no repeat charges. For example, using payapl, order using payal interface, after the transaction is successful, return to our website. If you pay by credit card, it’s the same. Unless the payment platform rejects your payment or the transaction fails. If you confirm to the payment platform whether your payment is successful, whether it is a real deduction, and whether the transaction is completed.
