I have tried 2 ways of cleaning, dishwashing liquid and clothes detergent, I soaked the pad for 3 minutes for each method.
Any other methods or ways?

I do not think its a water stain as it is still present after drying.

How do these stains form? For mousepad cleaning,
1, Dust: clean with a rag (wet).
2, Stains: a, washed, add some neutral cleaning solution.
b. Thoroughly remove the cleaning solution with clean water.
c, air dry (do not dry under the sun).
But for some stains can’t be completely removed in white mat, just like in white clothes.
I do not know how these stains were formed, I have tried cleaning it with a moist rag and using cleaning solution.
Any other methods?
