Holly, Jiuson, and the Xraypad team will work with you to get you the best possible product. I didn’t have the highest resolution file so they warned me it was going to be blurry, but I decided to go ahead and order two XXL pads anyway. If you’re like me and none of the commercially available pads are suitable for your set up, the cost was worth it. The Xraypad team is committed to great communication throughout the process. Shipping to the US only took about 2 weeks or so in June 2020 and the tracking information was spot on.
Word of advice: get the highest resolution file you can get, and try to match the aspect ratio to the mat size you intend to order to save yourself the headache. Xraypad will take care of the rest.

When I got this mouse pad it came in appropriate packaging, nothing was damaged or out of place and did arrive on time. I paid extra for the custom printed version. and the price of shipping does not deter you. Then this mouse pad is very good if you want something personalized and not skimped on performance and quality.
As a side note I am very impressed with the print quality

I’ve made some custom designs and the xraypad team warned me that the mousepads will be printed in CMYK colors and not RGB. I’ve went through with it and the colours are a bit off from the design I’ve made – but it’s not really a problem for me at all, the print quality is very sharp so no problems there; so for future reference I advice you guys to work with CMYK colors when making designs. Other than that, the quality of the mousepads were really exceptional and there were no inconsistencies at all. The customer support from the xraypad team is also second to none – these guys are very accomodating, they really care about the customer’s satisfaction and will work with you until you’re satisfied. Kudos to the xraypad team! you guys have my support.

First things first, customer support for X-raypad is unrivaled. I had originally received a mousepad that was not to my liking and wrote a mediocre review of it. The same night, Suki reached out to me via email asking me how they could correct the situation and give me a satisfactory experience. I would not hesitate at all to buy with these guys, there is absolutely no other company that has customer support like x-raypad. Second, the pad itself. They say it is common to receive color defects and I would not underestimate that claim. My first mousepad that I had ordered was supposed to be gray but ended up in brown. Regardless, the quality of the pad is excellent. I am a person who plays hours of VALORANT, Apex, Warzone, etc… daily. The durability of this pad is amazing. The feel as advertised is a control pad, however it’s a solid middle ground in between a speed and control pad. I’d recommend this as a first to anyone who’s never felt a premium pad. Definitely a top 10 on the market right now.

These mouse pad are amazing! The customer support is really good. I have done it through their Facebook page. Personal are really friendly and gives good advice. The free shipping they proposed me is really good. Good tracking and really fast. I can clearly say that I will buy more in the future from them that for sure! They explained that the colour printed on the mouse pad will not be as accurate as the picture I have sent. That is true, as they explained. But I can say that the colours are accurate, it is the saturation that is lacking. So if you choose a photo with a lot of dark colour it will print really good. My picture is a bright picture with vivid colours (there is gradient in it) and I really how it printed out. I have bought 3 mouse pad different. The Aqua+, the Equate+ and the Thor. For colour saturation I would rate them as follow.
Aqua+: 7*
Equate+: 6*
Thor: 9*

The mouse pad is very good, the only thing I don’t like too much is the color accuracy but it looks great overall! Amazing materials, it feels very nice on touch and with the mousepad. You can tell it’s a good quality product and I’m glad I bought it.
I’m very satisfied with the customer support too, I had some problems with the image resolution and size and they helped me patiently, answering to all my questions and offering suggestions.

Just received my custom mousepad and happy with the final product! It’s very smooth and the print quality is amazing. Excellent customer service as well (Jiuson, you are the best) during a hiccup with the shipping courier that deemed my mousepad was lost during transit but managed to found it and delivered. X-Raypad was willing to resend it again without paying the same amount if it did not get delivered.
Definitely will purchase another in the future!

This was my first time ordering a custom printed mousepad from anywhere and x-ray pad exceeded my expectations. I ordered this mousepad in February and it’s showing no signs of waring. The stitching is still perfect and the mousepad just feels great. I use it with my Pulsar Xlite V2 Mini Wireless and they pair really well together. I play FPS games like Apex Legends that require a lot of tracking and my aim has never been better. The design of course is inspired by DOOM, one of the fathers of my favorite genre of games (FPS).
Last thing, X-raypads’s customer service is great. I wasn’t even sure they would print the design and at the time, my requested size was not on the dropdown select menu (400x400mm); they replied back quickly and let me they would do it so if in doubt about anything, send them an email or join their discord.

I really needed a new mousepad, but a lot of art on mousepads are bland so i needed custom and boy did this deliver
feels really good and different from a lot of pads I’ve used, stiff but not too stiff, clean and smooth.
The art isn’t really done justice in the photo but irl it looks amazing.
Overall the best choice as far as custom choices go bar none

aqua control+ 大きさ450×400 厚さ4mm のクリアエッジです。
注文後にメールで印刷したい画像をアップロード、プレビュー画像を制作していただく2番目のやり取り形式を選択しました。
メールでの英語のやり取りはGoogle翻訳などで対応しました。
注文から到着まで約10日間ほどで思っていたよりも早かったです。
印刷の品質はやや薄いブラウンやグレーがかった感じで鮮やかなイラストの場合少しだけくすむような色味になりますが、事前に把握していたので許容範囲です。
マウスパッド自体の性能は、xtrfy GP4やsteelseries QCK+よりもやや早く滑り出しがスムーズですが、しっかり止めることもできるコントロール寄りのバランスタイプだと感じました。
現在はVALORANTで主に使用していますが、バランスの良さからどのゲームにも適合すると思います。
日本の正規代理店で購入すると、厚さ3mmタイプが届くらしくそちらの方だと裏面滑り止めの性能があまり良くないみたいですので公式サイトのコチラで4mmタイプを注文するのをおすすめします。
xraypadさんのように、競技向けの本格的な性能でカスタムオーダーできるマウスパッドはなかなか無いのでとても素晴らしい商品でした。
また利用したいと思います。

Excellent, responsive communication from x-raypad team from order to finish and very fast shipping to Australia as well (took 9 days with 4PX shipping option). The team went out of their way to reedit my photo when I requested for more contrast and vibrant and make sure that I was happy with the preview image before they proceeded with printing. I’m very happy with the print, colour is not 100% accurate but not completely off either. This is just the nature of printing on fabric, otherwise, it’s clear, sharp and detailed. Highly recommended and will order some more mats in a near future.

Excellent, i ordered 2 Custom Aqua Control+ Gaming Mouse Pads from different sizes and with completely different designs and i love them, the feeling is really great when playing fps or moba, and most importantly the customer service is on point you get photos of your mousepad before print, before transport to confirm that it is what you want. I was also scared of having shipping fees as I live in France and i didn’t get fees so I’m really happy, I would recommand this mousepad to anyone wanting a good quality custom speed mousepad.

I had an AC+ 2 years ago in 1000x500mm size. And recently wanted the updated 4mm version with a better base and stitching. I am so glad I did and even went with orange this time instead of black. 490x420mm. Logo on the bottom right, however you want it they provide. Love their consistency and knowing they are around is reassuring, not just an exclusive product.

Although the color is a bit less vibrant than on the submitted picture, it’s still a really good mouse pad. High quality stitching and printing, no sliding of the mouse pad itself and it feels smooth when playing f. ex. Valorant. Also, really good customer support with friendly staff and overall a really pleasant experience. Would order a mouse pad again from here, if I will need one in the future! =)

The surface is extremely smooth and durable, my previous one lasted over two years and remains feeling brand new. The edge stitching is unobtrusive and can be safely put in a washing machine or cleaned regularly without any damage. The customer support team was very helpful when contacting them about enquiries

Grabbed the 500×500 pad with custom print. The print came out in excellent quality on a white pad. Print is well framed and well placed. Initial worry was print would peel off over time but after feeling that it isn’t like, a placed decal or anything I can tell that won’t be a problem even years down the road.
The texture is fantastic, pretty rough yet allows for my (rather heavy) mouse to move with little effort. The control in the name is properly chosen. The stitching is absurdly good, I think this will last for a very long time.
All said, I’m very, very pleased with the way this mousepad looks and feels and I highly recommend.

I have used the pad for a good month or so and it’s so far been very durable with almost to no changes to glide and speed. The print came out with slightly dimmed out colors but still came out nicely. It has been considerably used for moderate gaming sessions and depending on where you live, sweat may affect your performance in terms of tracking although the pad does quickly dries itself out. Overall it’s a highly durable quality mousepad that’s worth the price.

I just got mine in the mail and I already am really happy! the print came out super clean and the glide is super smooth compared to my g640. It feels quite high quality and overall good. I can’t touch on the long term but for immediate happiness I’m at a 10/10! I apologize for poor image quality.

I have about 12 very different mousepads and was always switching every now and then, but since I got the aqua control plus I never replaced it and it is definitely my favorite mousepad of all. it is the perfect balance of speed and control for my taste. The custom designs that can be printed make the mousepad look absolutely beautiful and I can hardly imagine myself finding a better mousepad. 10/10

I have sweaty hands, and the friction across the area of mousepad I use has only slightly changed over a long period of time compared to unused spots. Cleaning it helps too. As for the printing, I was impressed to see very crisp lines without any color fringing. The only thing I have to say is that you should turn up the contrast a lot. Colors are a bit muted in person.

I’m absolutely stoked on this custom mouse pad. The price is fantastic, and the quality is through the roof. The mouse pad feels great, is a flawless surface. I’m very picky and only one mouse pad I’ve ever used other than this meets my expectations. The mouse pad also looks great, and I’m so happy with the custom print I got! I currently own a ROB aqua control+, so I know that this mousepad is good. They were quick to make the mousepad, and were able to make some extra changes as to my request. However, the mousepad that I received was of the wrong material, it was silky smooth. I contacted support right away and they quickly responded to my messages. I ended up paying a little over half of the shipping cost ($12) to have my original order corrected. I wasn’t very keen on paying extra just to get my original order (since shipping almost costs just as much as the mousepad), but I guess I can try to see if I can offset the cost by selling this mousepad. I give this a 4/5 just because it was a hassle and a little bit of an annoyance getting the correct order.

Initially had some order with the logistics (wrong order received) but James was able to help out and resend the correct order. Additional delivery time but I didn’t mind. Great customer support.
Quality feels great and mouse control feels amazing. The print is reasonably detailed for the size I have ordered (XXL). The custom photo I put in is cropped well. All in all, great shopping experience.

I ordered this pad to replace a custom mat I bought from deskmat.io.
The print is very well done, the rough surface is wonderful for control, and, as a high sensitivity player (1560eDpi) this deskmat is a solid all-rounder for my playstyle.
Seems to pick up staining quite easily, though! I work at my desk doing watchmaking and knife maintenance and the isopropyl seems to have stained the mat a little bit – though, that’s rather my fault for not placing my workmat down first.

I ordered a custom mouse pad for my partner as a gift. We have both tried it out since receiving it, and I have to say it is one of the best mouse pads I have ever used! The quality is incredible, and the custom print is exactly what I was looking for! The customer service was extremely quick to respond to emails, and I even asked for a few revisions over email before paying for the order. The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best possible product I am paying for, and it really shows. Overall great experience. I bought this product and uploaded my custom art promptly. Within a few hours, I received contact from their team. They were greatly supportive and helped make revisions to ensure I had a satisfactory product. The team was very responsive and cooperative. They also provided preview pictures of the printed item after production. From the time I approved the artwork, it took around 2 days for production, and 1 additional day for it to be shipped out. Shipping to me in the US took about 10 days. Mousepad quality is as expected. If you are uploading custom art, please work with the team to ensure you are using the correct color profiling for printing. Happy with the product and service, and I would use this shop again.

If you want a quality custom mouse pad then xraypad is pretty much the best option especially for the price. The print quality is top notch. The color accuracy is slightly off but nothing dramatically different and the customer service is amazing. They showed me the concept of the mouse pad and the final product before it was shipped and delivered. I will 100% be sticking with xraypad as my main mouse pad. 9/10 recommend.

I’m very satisfied with the quality of the mousepad. I ordered the 700×300 and sent them a custom art collage. They sent back images and worked with me until it looked how I wanted. The stitched borders are great and the image looks how I expected. Shipping took less than 2 weeks to the U.S. Absolutely worth the price.
