1, Input the mat size into Length & Width
2, Select Corner Option: Edge stitched or Non
3, Artwork Option: How to send us the image.
Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

These guys were so patient with me. My first pic didn’t translate at all and rather than making me take it they kept on it and then just let me change the pic. Most companies wouldn’t work with you on that but these guys did. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you!

I am really impressed with the quality work that X-Raypad did with my custom 3′ x ‘5 gaming mat. They were super accommodating. I wanted a mat to fit my Duchess gaming table I ordered from Kickstarter. The table is exactly 3′ x 5’ which is the largest size x-raypad currently makes. I asked to have the corners cut as right angles instead of the rounded ones so it would fit the table without gaps. They said no problem. From design to delivery, everything was incredibly fast. The print quality was not without some minor flaws, but nothing very noticeable. I would recommend to anyone and will likely order again in the future.

The product quality of their custon 3 x 5 gamming mats are excellent! I also got one for my Duchess gaming table which needed the corners not to be rounded. It fit very well and snug. X-Raypad worked with me to print our gamepad.
I was hoping everything would be okay, since I found them without someone I know recommending them.

I couldn’t be happier with my mat. My first time to their website I decided to engage in the Facebook chat option. I can’t say for sure, but I think I was speaking with the designer directly. The mat was literally designed again and again throughout the course of our discussion. The designer would share a scale image of what it could look like, and I would make some observations, and requests for change, after which the designer would make the alterations. They never made me feel like I was burdening them.
I specifically went with this website because I couldn’t find anybody else who was willing to stitch the edge on such a large mat. I ordered a 40” x 40” mat. Not only that, but I had a very specific image idea in mind, and the designer was able to bring it to reality perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. I use the mat for boardgame and card games, and it has made the entire experience better. Just having this as a backdrop is a joy. Every game is literally better. For anyone who understands board gaming on neoprene, they know what I’m talking about.
I was concerned about the mat only being 3 mm thick, (I was looking for something 5 mm), but it’s not a problem at all all. The quality of the image, the surface, the stitching…it’s everything I could possibly hope for. Very happy with this purchase. I don’t think you’ll ever regret going with X-RayPad.

It’s great quality and great resolution, the board and models don’t slide around on the table anymore and picking up cards off it is a breeze. Dice roll well on it too. It’s soft and smooth and I love it so much. Now I want all my game boards to be xraypads, what should I create next

I ordered the 11″ x 11″ mat with a custom design for The Duke. The first one came in with a slight, but noticeable defect. When I brought this up to customer service it was not only replaced, but upgraded! They added the edge stitching option because they thought it would be more durable in the long run. I am very happy with my experience and will happily order again for my next project.
Also. if you’re on the fence about edge-stitching I recommend it. The edges are going to last much longer with it. I consider it a must for any mat that will be travelling frequently.

Soooo this pad is pretty dope. I talked to whoever is on their messenger help line and they guided me through the whole damn thing. I bought a nemesis size playmat which was 33×22 or something. I love it. Got the stitched sides and stuff too. Really sweet board

I just received 4 custom game mats that are for various boardgames. Holly, from XRay, worked with me to make sure the images were sufficient and made sure that the product would look good. And after receiving them, they really are great! The colors are just slightly softer than in the original images and there is a VERY small degree of “shrinkage” when compared to the paper boards, but these very slight differences in no way would discourage me from ordering again or effect my ability to play on them. Already looking forward to my next order!

I had a custom mat for Marvel Legendary made and these guys did an Awesome job! Unfortunately I misspelled the word Villain twice on my mat! The ONLY mistake on the play mat was my OWN! I also had a MTG play mat made at the same time, it came out perfect. Great job guys! Everyone who sees the mats are impressed!

Purchased both of the axis and allies style game mats in the 36″ x 72″ size. Corresponding with the staff at X-Raypad was easy and they were wonderful to deal with. Both mats arrived together in a timely manner (less then one week!). I was very impressed with the quality of the mats and how well they turned out. I purchased both mats as gifts and I already have other people asking me to get them one as well. …I’m glad I did. Everything about the experience was very positive and the play mat turned out great. They were right on it the same day as I submitted my order and custom artwork and kept me informed every step of the process. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived seeing as how it was a custom order and had a long way to travel to get to me but everything went smoothly. I was also a bit unsure as to how it would turn out and the quality of the product but again, everything exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order again and probably will as it is going to make a unique and personalized gift!

Excelent customer support. I wanted something the exact size of my gaming table so I reached out to them and their response was prompt. Product looks amazing and seems high quality. I’d say I can’t wait to try it out, but my social life is on complete hold due to you-know-what so I dunno when I’ll ever get to try it out.
Product and customer service were great. My only caveat is they use DHL for shipping and in my region DHL are very flakey. I can’t fault these guys, especially since they reached out to me when they noticed my package was on hold to make sure I was aware of this.

I created a custom extra large playmat to organize all of the monsters for my Massive Darkness game. X-Raypad did an awesome job with it. There was constant and prompt communication so I was always aware of the progress and the materials and craftsmanship is awesome. The sent me back a perfect product and they did it very quickly. You WON’T regret it. I play Axis and Allies, a world domination board game like Risk. I sent them the file and dimensions. They sent me a “board” of amazing quality and detail. At this point I only use custom x-raypad products as gameboards. When I got to tournaments other players are in awe at the quality and size of my boards. X-raypad has GREAT customer service too. They will work with you until they get your order just right. They do this by emailing you the dimensions beforehand allowing you to make sure you’re getting exactly the size you need. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you X-raypad!!

I was interested in an Axis and Allies (a board game) map. I did not know which company could print this for me the best. Someone recommended X-Raypad. At first, I was a bit hesitant since it was a bit expensive. I regret that I didn’t order it immediately, because it is the best map I’ve ever seen. The quality is excellent! It feels very nice and soft. and rolls up easily. And it also smells very nice! If you want to buy something from X-Raypad, don’t hesitate like me, but order it IMMEDIATELY! The shipment was also very quick (unlike other things from Hong Kong) and I did not have to pay any import duties! This map is definitely worth the money. I am so glad I bought it!
