I just recieved my mousepad today, and I have to say… I am impressed. The size is exactly what I requested and it fits my desk perfectly. I struggled to find something else on other sites that really fit my need, and I didn’t feel like settling for something “almost perfect”. To that end, this mousepad is perfect. All you have to do is measure out your space, down to the millimeter if you wish, and you are set. The shipping wasn’t ridiculously long, and the ordering process was simple. I ordered this solid black, custom sized waterproof mouse pad, and it’s exactly what I wanted! It feels like a fine fabric on top, a nice grippy rubber underneath, and it really is totally waterproof! Any liquid just beads up on the surface without soaking in at all. The custom sizing was made perfectly to my requested size (I kept in mind their “rubber shrinkage” of about 1-2%, but it seems pretty exact to the millimeter of what I requested).
The product is great, but I was really impressed by how good their customer service is. They responded so quickly, answered all of the questions I had, and made me feel like a VIP. They got the product shipped out insanely fast for something custom made, and the shipping felt quick (I’m in the US). Thanks so much Jiuson!
For others looking at this product, I asked what type of mouse pad it was made from and the margin of error for their sizing. Their answer was:
“It is Aqua speed material with waterproof，smooth surface.
For the size, the rubber has some shrinkage, the rate is about 1% to 2%.”
I highly recommend getting this if you’re considering! I’ve been very happy with my purchase.
