Have used over 50+ pads, and have always been a supporter for X-raypad. After swapping amongst a bunch of Artisans (namely, Hayate Otsu, Zero, etc.) I settled at a custom AC2. Until I found out that Equate Plus v2 was out, and it’s supposed to be like a Hayate Otsu… but… in custom/larger size desk pad which I’ve always preferred, and why I didn’t stick with other pads. Service has always been top-tier, and this one ain’t any different. Played my first games of Valorant and Apex, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

I wanted to make my own custom pad and I’m a big fan of X-raypad’s other products so I figured they were the right choice. I was right! The pad itself is great quality, and the speed is pretty close to my Hien without being as abrasive. The customer service is really good, I asked for the product information to be taken off and X-raypad didn’t even hesitate. They had really good communication with me through the entire process. The only issues I had were due to my own design and nothing from X-raypad’s end.

Second time ordering from the guys and finally got a custom pad made. Before that I took Equate +, but the first version, with black edges.
The second version is very different from the first one, both in terms of coverage and feel. The “grains of sand” seem smaller, the speed is high, but the control is also there.
I’m satisfied with the detail of the print, the colors are great (I’ll attach a photo). Separately customized the top lettering for myself – a cool feature. Made it in 2-3 days, responsive guys on Facebook. Came in 10 days. I’m satisfied, the price is very nice, but the shipping half the price of the pad is upsetting, but there is nothing to do.
I like the second version better in terms of slip than the first, however the first one is over 2 years old, so we’ll see over the long haul what happens. The Lamzu Atlantis on glass feet just flies.
I consider x-raypad one of the best mats in terms of price-quality ratio, and even with the possibility of almost complete customization.
P.S. their new (relatively) feature with transparent edges is awesome!

The Equate Plus V2 is such a good hybrid mousepad!
The customer service was really helpful in taking into account my request for the custom size and the background.
I really recommend it and would buy it again!
