lot of moisture – Aqua Control+ White

I’m having a lot of moisture problem with the product.
The mouse is inconsistent.. I’ve already changed the feets, I’ve washed the mousepad properly… If it starts to rain, it makes the slide a lot worse. I’m very sad because I paid an expensive amount.
 

I recommended the mousepad to friends but now I regret it. We live in Brazil
