I cancelled my Orders But they still got Charged on my card and i never got a conformation email. can a staff member pls email me for help this is my order. Order #171003 my other order wont even show up on the list but i still got charged Twice Pls Help!!!!

Hi, the notification is Order cancelled by customer. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled. Please check.

will you guys take off the charge on my credit card sense I’m not getting anything i wanted my money back. i made 2 payments on the same card and account.
