I would like to know if I order a custom design mousepad, would I be able to use any design I want on it? For example, would I be able to use certain video game designs like “The Witcher” or anime designs like “Attack on Titan” ? Or is that not possible because of copyright reasons? What if it’s a design made by an individual artist? Thanks in advance.

You can offer any design/artwork for personal use. No commercial use, basically no problem.
