A random dark spot has appeared on my aqua control 2. It is disappointing because I myself purchased the mousepad for the design. This was NOT caused by me whatsoever and I have made sure to keep the mousepad in top condition. Even after I tried to clean it doesn’t go away. What are my options?

It looks like an oil stain，you can check if it is washed with detergent. If Water stain, just let it dry.
