I recently ordered the obsidian skates and the Cerberus key caps but I got a package only containing the skates and the strap for it?

no i got the right skates but i didnt receive the key caps i paid 62 dollars for the skates and the keycaps with the strap

i dont know my order number because i ordered with no account but i ordered the obsidian skates not the pro dots and i ordered the cerebus keycaps with the strap
