We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

First of all, I liked the customer service(fast response, friendly and helped me getting what I wanted), james@x-raypad.com helped me through the customization of my mouse pad. After receiving the product, I was very happy, the quality is fantastic, he told me that the colors could vary a bit, but I don’t see much a difference from the preview I sent to him, it’s very nice. If you see noisy effects on the mouse pad is because I wanted it like that not because the printing quality has an error, that’s how I wanted to customize it. Next I’ve bought many mousepads before, but the feeling of this mousepad is only I liked, it matches the description Speed+control, it’s slippery enough to do quick movements and has enough friction to be able to stop it at the good moment. For my hands the material is very comfortable. With I can say I really appreciated what i’ve bough and for this price it’s more than fair. Just be sure to send a preview image of what you want with at least 300 dpi and the pixels required to have the quality you expect (Anyways you have a good service, if you have questions with the quality through your purchase. Before buying this pad, I used (xsoft) from connect it, it was a relatively slow pad, I decided to look for something faster like AC2. I’ve only been using the pad for a short time, but even now I can say that I didn’t make a mistake, because I really didn’t expect such a difference in mouse sensing when it’s just a “pad”. Quite the opposite, it’s an incredible game changer, the pad captures every movement I make beautifully. The stitching quality is luxurious and the mat doesn’t even move from the table even when I press on it. The pad is still rather faster for me, but I believe I will get used to it.
Even in combination with obsidian air skates, which are much more quite and premium than common obsidian skates

Great process for a custom mousepad. Directions were clear and X-raypad support corresponded with me through the entire process. They showed me images of the mousepad before shipping. After receiving the mousepad, the mousepad is high quality and quickly flattens. The clear edge stitched seams were perfect and the image carried across the seams without issues. The only slight problem I have are the corners are more rounded (greater radius of curvature) than I would have liked, but it is not a big deal. I will make sure to order more in the future.

For 10 years i used QCKs, ordered this beauty and it is a gamechanger. The balance between speed and control is mindblowing. The Support staff handled my order and replied professionally, it took only 8 days to get it to Europe(lucky i guess). Custom size, pad type and image, these guys are not kidding.

The final print exceeded my expectations and looked so good! Aqua Control II feels amazing as a control pad and the customisation service handled by the XrayPad customs team was amazing! Highly recommend getting a custom pad from XrayPad!
