I wanted a new work mat with branding for the university I work at. I wanted something professional with perfect image quality. After all, I wouldn’t want the marketing or UX designers to see a pixelated mess of their hard work sitting on my desk. I was very careful to get the dimensions exactly right in Photoshop for the image I submitted to x-raypad. But, I was still concerned that they might put together some hack job since I’d never dealt with the company before. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the end result. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could. This thing could be sold in the official university store along with the other merch for probably twice what I paid for it.
If I ever need to give a coworker a gift, this it the place to get it. Once again, couldn’t be happier with the end result!

I am very pleased with this mousepad. It feels so much more smooth and silky than other pads that I’ve used (this is for the speed variant). The print quality is superb! Came out exactly as I wanted, and the seller was in constant communication during the whole production process.

Received as a gift, and it makes for a very good one. I’ve been using this mousepad on the daily for one month and a half now, and it’s as smooth as the first day I got it.
I’m usually very picky when it comes to the aspect of my gear. The quality of the print is excellent, but don’t expect the colors to be as vibrant as you see them on your screen. The whites can appear a bit grey if seen from some angles, but that’s how this material works in lighting, and it haven’t bothered me much at all. A surprisingly very good print after all.
The material underneath is rubber, and it’s very good so it will never slip on the table, but it’s not as annoyingly sticky as silicone is. It’s just the perfect balance.
The top material provides very fast horizontal movement, and just a tiny slightly more grippy vertically. This is actually a good thing, as in some FPS games, you’d want to tweak the vertical mouse sensitivity to be a little less than the horizontal, but with this mousepad it is achieved naturally, so you don’t have to do that.
The stitching on the side is lovely done, if you choose to opt for it. It doesn’t get in the way of your experience, and it looks the part, making the whole product feel very premium.
I’ve tried some different mouse pad materials from other companies in the past, and X-Raypad’s smooth cloth is the best for me and my fast-paced mouse-play.
Washing is as easy as putting it in the tub and using soap and water. Just don’t use any abrasive objects to scrub, so you don’t scratch the surface matetial. A microfiber cloth works well, but I’ve also got the job done with my bare palms. Just use warm water, not hot, and the print will remain as good as the day of manufacturing.
They will even print out more non-conventional images if you request it nicely, and they won’t ask any questions about it 😉

The overall quality is very good. The product came out exactly as I wanted it to be. I didn’t need too much help. But the preview images were really nice. Communication was very fast. I always got an answer in the first couple of minutes after asking something and the staff was very helpful and understanding. They even admitted a mistake instantly and asked me how to proceed. No drama involved, even though they had extra costs out of it. Great service. Definitely will order again!

Got my 2 mousepads Iordered in today and they are absolutely perfect! The pictures are clean and exactly like what i sent, and they send an email with an example of the image you chose. They also let you know if the image will be blury or not.

Got it a few weeks ago and i am very impressed by the printing quality. Photoshop file was 1 GB though. Chose the smooth surface. and shipping by DHL express to germany only took 2.5 days.

After my brother obtained a mouse pad via this website i was rather keen to get one for myself.
This company provides excellent customer service, emails get sent rather hastily and even send pictures of what the product would look like with the picture you choose.
The shipping if i recall correctly took from about 4-7 business days.
The mouse pad is of relatively high quality, it’s quite smooth to move my mouse over, and helps with precision if you’re into that kind of thing. the only problem for my order is that it was supposed to be 1070mm x 460mm x 3mm, where as my end product is 1057mm x 460mm x 3mm.
the mishap with the length of the mouse pad isn’t that big of a deal for me so in the end I would still rate this mouse pad a well deserved 5/5.

This is because the mouse pad is made of foamed rubber and the rubber has some shrinkage.
So there will be some differences in size.

To be able to have built the exact sizes you need, just contant them via email and the process is painless and simple. I could not believe how well everything came together for my exact needs and ascetic preferences. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH! Amazing, and SUPER inexpensive. I found this place because like a lot of people I was looking for a uniquely shaped mousepad/deskpad cover. My desk is L-Shaped, which by itself makes things difficult as the majority of mousepads I found were rectangular or square. Even worse, due to the layout of my desk I needed a L-Shaped pad with one of the corners cut-out in order to really cover the whole area I needed. I sent in my request in the form of a Google Sketchup with the exact dimensions I was looking for and support walked me through everything I needed to do including ordering.
The pad came and fit exactly as it was supposed to. I couldn’t be happier with the product or the support given and would readily recommend this to anyone who needs something more than what is available in the mass market.
Edit: I realized after that I left this review under the wrong product, however I believe that the quality and support for their pads is just as good regardless of what particular service you are using.

Ordered a custom 60″ x 24″ to replace a 48″ pad bought from a retailer. The 48″ I previously had must have been sitting around for a while because the ends would curl up and will never be straightened out, affecting the mouse tracking. This custom one came in right away and is laying perfectly flat.

I ordered from this site after hearing about it online. The mouse pad I got was way better than I was expecting. It’s really smooth but not too smooth for FPS games. The outer stitching helps with frailing which my last mouse pad was doing.

I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my mousepad. The print quality was fantastic, even though my image was probably a little under the desired resolution (the higher the better!). The pad is amazing and smooth, just enough friction to keep my mouse in line but not enough that I’m hindered by it in game. I had a great panoramic picture I’d taken with my Google Pixedl 4XL of a dock on Lake George, NY and was in need of a new mouse pad and decided to try this online store. I am very happy with the quality of the material and the look/feel of it and even ordered a second one as a gift for my friend that owns the dock. I would definitely recommend this product. The only negative is that you do need to be a little patient because it took a few weeks to arrive.

I ordered a mousepad for my oddly sized desk (63″ x 24″) and it delivers beyond my expectations. The stitched edge is very nice, and the rubber was a lot thicker than I was expecting, giving it a very premium feel as I rolled it out onto my desk.

I was looking for a mouse pad to cover the width of our desk to prevent the keyboard and mouse from scratching up our desk. Everything I searched was to wide and would hang off the edge. I was hesitant to get a large (59″×29″) custom mousepad due to the cost and also worried whether the quality would be good. What I received was nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend this company. This photo does not do the quality justice. It is very detailed and very well made, plus it also arrived in roughly a week and a half with free express shipping. Even better than the mouse pad was the excellent customer service. Holly walked me through all of my options and made recommendations when I did not know what to choose. She worked to get the custom picture and pad size to work. She also helped me choose materials and styles. Wish all online shopping was this easy. Good price for the value. Highly recommend!

I confirmed the measurements I needed with the xraypad team before placing my order, placed my order as they instructed with a reference to our measurement conversation, and paid for the cheaper shipping option ($36 vs $42) it said 2-3 week delivery time and the mouse pad showed up in 1 week from first email to package delivery! It fits my corner desk perfectly! I got flat black color with no graphics so it does show dirt a bit easy BUT a damp rag wipes it back to that brand new clean! 10/10 So hyped to play call of duty on this bad boy >:)

Ordered this product and got a minimalist design artwork.
1. This product is the perfect size for my desk. Most 300mm mouse pads are too big for my desk so I spent a lot of time looking for smaller mouse pads. Xraypad let me make a 260mm mouse pad and it fits my desk perfectly. I am very satisfied with the size.
2. The build quality is very high. The mat is extremely heavy, and the stitching around the edges is well done. It looks and feels like a durable/premium product. Plus, it has a rubber back so it does not slip on my wooden desk at all.
3. Don’t try to print a dark artwork because it’ll come out a little washed. Choose artwork that is either completely 1 shade of black, or something that’s different colours. Don’t choose artwork that is many shades of grey or brown because the printer won’t print them well. Mine is a minimalist black mouse pad with white bird silhouettes on-top and it looks very nice.
4. I got the rough texture and it has a good amount of friction. Just the tiniest bit less friction than a QCK mousepad which is perfect for lightweight mice like my Razer Viper. Very satisfied with the weight. The stitching of the rough pad is rougher than other mouse pads so it does irritate my wrist a little bit but I hope that once the mouse pad wears in, it will feel better.

After placing my custom order I was contacted within a day with a mock up of what I wanted. After agreeing with the mock up, they had the piece done in a couple of days. It arrived and it was exactly what I ordered and I love it! The communication was prompt and professional. The product looks great and is good quality. You can’t beat the price either! I will come back again when I need another custom job.

I’m so pleased with my purchase. I have a somewhat awkward/tight desk space, so it was great to be able to get a pad just the right size for my keyboard and mouse without too much extra perimeter. It was also great to be able to customize the image to get a design I liked and colors to match my keyboard. And the ordering/processing was very smooth — someone from X-Raypad reached out with a digital mockup of my mat prior to printing, then followed up with a photo of the finished product before shipping.

I have very minimal space for a mousepad, and my old one that I’ve had since 2015~ had finally given out on me. A friend recommended this website to me and I decided to give it a shot! Incredible quality for the price, and it came out beautiful. The colors are different than the provided image, but that’s to be expected so it’s nothing to be upset about. I was sent a digital preview for what the mat would look like prior to creation and was able to adjust it as needed. It took about 11 days to arrive with the shipping method I selected (4PX & USPS) and came in perfect condition, unopened. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with this product!

I needed a custom sized mousepad designed to fit a new keyboard chair mount, and x-raypad allowed me to make one that was perfectly sized and featured a fun design that was executed perfectly! I ordered two custom sized mousepads and was definitely impressed with the quality of not only the products, but the customer service as well! The mousepads are very nice quality and the colors/images are exactly as I sent. Everything about my experience with X-Ray Pad was awesome. The customer service team worked with me to make sure the image was correctly formatted, and they kept me in the loop throughout production and delivery. When the pad arrived, I was blown away. The quality is excellent, with a smooth, premium feel and quality stitching. The one thing I was a little concerned about was whether the color matching would be right (as I’d given them an image with high color saturation), but I shouldn’t have worried. The colors are bright and fully saturated. Overall, I love this mouse pad! Worth every penny!

The first mouse pad I bought from X-raypad was the custom size black mouse pad. After witnessing multiple years of use, I decided to add some style to my setup with a custom image. Honestly, I am very much impressed with not only the print quality, but the smoothness of the mouse pad is unaffected by the print. 11/10 def would recommend!

Alright I didn’t use it for a mousepad, but I was looking for something custom-sized, cushiony but firm, with a custom design to protect some collectibles, so… Here I am. I was a bit too cautious with the size, but it is EXACTLY 31cm, as requested, but I’ll probably reoder with more exact size since they are that good. I have a few bookshelves that could use them as well. Anyway, great stuff, received it super quickly after placing my order. Promptly got a preview, approved it and we were off. I’ll probably even order one to use as an actual mousepad!

I really appreciated being able to specify exactly the size I wanted, and my image that they printed onto it is Wonderful; the dragonfly almost looks like it could fly right off the mat; I expect to walk in and find it sitting on top of the mouse!
