After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

Holly, Jiuson, and the Xraypad team will work with you to get you the best possible product. I didn’t have the highest resolution file so they warned me it was going to be blurry, but I decided to go ahead and order two XXL pads anyway. If you’re like me and none of the commercially available pads are suitable for your set up, the cost was worth it. The Xraypad team is committed to great communication throughout the process. Shipping to the US only took about 2 weeks or so in June 2020 and the tracking information was spot on.
Word of advice: get the highest resolution file you can get, and try to match the aspect ratio to the mat size you intend to order to save yourself the headache. Xraypad will take care of the rest.

The guys at X-ray pad really helped me dial in a design and upon receiving it the pad is awesome. It’s more consistent feeling than my GSR SE so I love it. Will keep buying again from these guys 🙂

I have about 12 very different mousepads and was always switching every now and then, but since I got the aqua control plus I never replaced it and it is definitely my favorite mousepad of all. it is the perfect balance of speed and control for my taste. The custom designs that can be printed make the mousepad look absolutely beautiful and I can hardly imagine myself finding a better mousepad. 10/10
