After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I really appreciated being able to specify exactly the size I wanted, and my image that they printed onto it is Wonderful; the dragonfly almost looks like it could fly right off the mat; I expect to walk in and find it sitting on top of the mouse!

Alright I didn’t use it for a mousepad, but I was looking for something custom-sized, cushiony but firm, with a custom design to protect some collectibles, so… Here I am. I was a bit too cautious with the size, but it is EXACTLY 31cm, as requested, but I’ll probably reoder with more exact size since they are that good. I have a few bookshelves that could use them as well. Anyway, great stuff, received it super quickly after placing my order. Promptly got a preview, approved it and we were off. I’ll probably even order one to use as an actual mousepad!

The first mouse pad I bought from X-raypad was the custom size black mouse pad. After witnessing multiple years of use, I decided to add some style to my setup with a custom image. Honestly, I am very much impressed with not only the print quality, but the smoothness of the mouse pad is unaffected by the print. 11/10 def would recommend!

I really like this mousepad, it feels and looks amazing. It’s thicker and more accurate to the size I wanted than another mousepad I ordered from another site. Also the customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced.

2nd and 3rd mousepad I’ve purchased from this company because I need the mat in an odd size. Quick to respond to my customization specifications and very easy to work with. Surface and print quality was great stitching on edge is great with no fraying. Dimensions were within stated tolerances.

Everything about my experience with X-Ray Pad was awesome. The customer service team worked with me to make sure the image was correctly formatted, and they kept me in the loop throughout production and delivery. When the pad arrived, I was blown away. The quality is excellent, with a smooth, premium feel and quality stitching. The one thing I was a little concerned about was whether the color matching would be right (as I’d given them an image with high color saturation), but I shouldn’t have worried. The colors are bright and fully saturated. Overall, I love this mouse pad! Worth every penny!
