Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

Oh man, my mousepad is awesome! It took a while for the standard shipping(like 3 weeks) but the wait was well worth it! I had both a custom size and custom shape(I just had them lop off like 50mm on both top and bottom) to fit my custom artwork. Seriously you can’t beat the price on it!

I’m so happy that I came across X-Raypad when I was looking to gift my friend a new custom mouse pad! The image looks wonderful and the quality of the materials used are pretty nice. It has a no-slide rubber backing and the option to include stitching around the edges gives it a wonderful polished look. It’s a great service at a great price.
I will definitely order one for myself sometime!

Got my 2 mousepads Iordered in today and they are absolutely perfect! The pictures are clean and exactly like what i sent, and they send an email with an example of the image you chose. They also let you know if the image will be blury or not.
Overall the experience and products are top notch! Very happy with the items! 🙂
