After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size.
Step 6: Send you the digital proof(Free)
We will send you the proof via email for your approval.
Step 7: Make the customization
After your confirmation, we will arrange the production.
Step 8: Send you the photo of the mouse pad
If the printing color of the mouse pad has deviation, we will take a picture to you to confirm whether it can be shipped.
Step 9: Shipment
We will arrange the shipment per the shipping method you selected from China to your address.
Step 10: Delivered
After shipment arranged, we will update the order status via email. Or you can check order status when login our site. From the online tracking, you will know the shipment status till delivered.

this is the first control mousepad i have ever bought and i really recommend it. The print quality is great and so is the stitching.

I’ve made some custom designs and the xraypad team warned me that the mousepads will be printed in CMYK colors and not RGB. I’ve went through with it and the colours are a bit off from the design I’ve made – but it’s not really a problem for me at all, the print quality is very sharp so no problems there; so for future reference I advice you guys to work with CMYK colors when making designs. Other than that, the quality of the mousepads were really exceptional and there were no inconsistencies at all. The customer support from the xraypad team is also second to none – these guys are very accomodating, they really care about the customer’s satisfaction and will work with you until you’re satisfied. Kudos to the xraypad team! you guys have my support.

When I got this mouse pad it came in appropriate packaging, nothing was damaged or out of place and did arrive on time. I paid extra for the custom printed version. and the price of shipping does not deter you. Then this mouse pad is very good if you want something personalized and not skimped on performance and quality.
As a side note I am very impressed with the print quality
