Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I wanted a new work mat with branding for the university I work at. I wanted something professional with perfect image quality. After all, I wouldn’t want the marketing or UX designers to see a pixelated mess of their hard work sitting on my desk. I was very careful to get the dimensions exactly right in Photoshop for the image I submitted to x-raypad. But, I was still concerned that they might put together some hack job since I’d never dealt with the company before. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the end result. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could. This thing could be sold in the official university store along with the other merch for probably twice what I paid for it.
If I ever need to give a coworker a gift, this it the place to get it. Once again, couldn’t be happier with the end result!

I had a hard time finding an oversized mouse pad that would fit my keyboard tray until I stumbled upon this company. They had the perfect size and I could customize it with my own picture. The texture on the mat feels great (I bought the speed version of the mat). Delivery was quick considering it was shipped internationally. Definitely get one for yourself if you’re on the fence about it!

After my brother obtained a mouse pad via this website i was rather keen to get one for myself.
This company provides excellent customer service, emails get sent rather hastily and even send pictures of what the product would look like with the picture you choose.
The shipping if i recall correctly took from about 4-7 business days.
The mouse pad is of relatively high quality, it’s quite smooth to move my mouse over, and helps with precision if you’re into that kind of thing. the only problem for my order is that it was supposed to be 1070mm x 460mm x 3mm, where as my end product is 1057mm x 460mm x 3mm.
the mishap with the length of the mouse pad isn’t that big of a deal for me so in the end I would still rate this mouse pad a well deserved 5/5.

Hi Joshua,
First of all, we are sorry that the mat size is a bit short.
This is because the mouse pad is made of foamed rubber and the rubber has some shrinkage.
So there will be some differences in size.

Got it a few weeks ago and i am very impressed by the printing quality. Photoshop file was 1 GB though. Chose the smooth surface. and shipping by DHL express to germany only took 2.5 days.
Now i can disappoint my parents with my 115 x 40 cm Weeaboo mousepad. Would order again, if i get a bigger Table.

This was my first time using this company and I wasn’t quite sure. However, They were not only very helpful with all my questions, they also sent me a photo of the finished product when it was finished printing.
The results are excellent and very accurate to how prepared the artwork.
