- We suggest to leave a download link of artwork on the checkout page when order.

Prepare Your File
Image size is larger than mat size, Approximately 1/4″ or 5mm around the sides of the image will be cut off. We need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat. On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)
EDITING & PREVIEW (Free)
Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I ordered a mousepad for my oddly sized desk (63″ x 24″) and it delivers beyond my expectations. The stitched edge is very nice, and the rubber was a lot thicker than I was expecting, giving it a very premium feel as I rolled it out onto my desk.

I had a great panoramic picture I’d taken with my Google Pixedl 4XL of a dock on Lake George, NY and was in need of a new mouse pad and decided to try this online store. I am very happy with the quality of the material and the look/feel of it and even ordered a second one as a gift for my friend that owns the dock. I would definitely recommend this product. The only negative is that you do need to be a little patient because it took a few weeks to arrive.

I play a lot of war boardgames and this company produces the finest “boards” for my games. I’ve had them print multiple table sized maps and the quality is superb! This company is one of a kind.

I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my mousepad. The print quality was fantastic, even though my image was probably a little under the desired resolution (the higher the better!). The pad is amazing and smooth, just enough friction to keep my mouse in line but not enough that I’m hindered by it in game. I’m very happy with my purchase, and plan on buying from x-raypad in the future as well.
