Did a fair bit of looking around and couldn’t find many others that were willing to make a pad to my specifications. I was willing to compromise but didn’t expect it to come out this perfect. Wanted it a bit smaller than the desk itself and just enough to cover what I wanted specifically on the pad with custom measurements. The final result and quality was way better than I anticipated.

the product is exactly what I thought it would be and as it was described. The edges are so nicely. I play cards with this Matt and it works great. The customer service along the way as well, including the company sending me a picture from the factory when it was cut was super. Highly recommend

I ordered a custom mouse mat and the communication with Holly was excellent throughout. Holly helped me do the design, coming back with questions about details. Once the design was finalized, X-Ray made the mat, sent me a photo, and then it arrived in the mail within a couple of business days. It is exactly as I wanted it and arrived super fast. Thank you!

I bought an UPLIFT desk, it was impossible to find a shape mouse pad that would fit my desk without open areas, or hanging off the side. This mouse pad was well-worth the price. Amazing quailty, it was super quick for them to make and ship over! I thought it would take longer but it was fast and easy. I am a streamer/content creator and I would recommend them to anyone who does the same, or any office work. PLUS it protects the desk for the long-run, and great for mouse and key gamers.

I admit I was a little concerned the fit would be off because there was a lot of questions/back and forth about the measurements, but they (Jiuson) nailed it. Very impressed with how perfect the fit is. Communication was quick (considering time change) and it arrived within days of it being finished. Great quality.

US customer here. I walk you through my whole process!
1) Joined the discord and communicated with Jiuson on the feasibility of getting a mouse pad as my desk is highly irregular shaped
2) Laid down blue painters tape to get the desire design I wanted and used a measuring tape to get the necessary measurements
3) I created a drawing of the mouse pad with necessary measurements and sent via discord to Jiuson for pricing
4) He sent me a link to input my order and I placed it
5) The product was built in 1 business day and picture was sent to me via discord
6) I received the product in about 7 business days
All in all very good communication(especially with the time difference) and attention to detail. The only negative is that the radian of one my corner(the corner that is curved) does not match my desk perfectly(if it did I would have given 5 stars) I expected it to be perfect for the amount of money I paid . I am not sure if I measured wrong or if there was an error in production but it still fits regardless it is just not perfect.

I have been looking at many different mousepad companies to try find one that can offer an irregular custom mousepad that would fit on my desk perfectly and then I came across this company. I went onto their discord and had a lenghtly discussion with Jiuson about specifics and design of the mousepad which he was very helpful on.
A week later my mousepad arrived and I could not be more happier with what it looks like, it is well made and fits on my desk like a glove. Would highly recommend this to anyone else!

I worked with Suki to provide measurements and configure a u shaped deskmat to fit around my electron microscope. They were very helpful and responsive and I ended up with a beautiful mat that fits perfectly and is very comfortable on my arms while I’m using my instruments

I absolutely LOVE my new mouse/desk mat. I wanted something to fit my desk perfectly and this does the job. I was using two xx-large gaming pads but wasn’t happy with how they looked and how they left parts of my desk unprotected. I Googled and found this web site and took a chance based on the reviews. Working with the design team made me feel like I was a VIP. After a few exchanges and changes to my initial design I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely buy again.

Seems like it will last a very long time, and I will definitely return to order another big pad for my L-desk 🙂
