Editing:
After received your image, our graphic designer will check or edit the image per the mat size. If the image resolution is not good quality for printing,
our graphic designer will contact you via email to ask a higher resolution image. So please provide correct email address, otherwise we can’t touch you at all.
Preview:
After receiving the design, we will send you a preview of the customized mouse pad within 24 hours, except holidays in China.
If you don’t receive the preview, please check your spam email. It’s very likely that the email we sent you will enter your spam email. Otherwise, please contact us.

I tried this service out, never used before. It was here very quickly, service and correspondence was very fast and professional. I initially inquired about a mousepad that would fit my artwork, the response was quick and helpful and I soon had an idea of what I wanted. The customer service team showed me a preview made sure to confirm everything before printing and it was done within a couple of days, I received a video of my item to confirm everything looked okay. 10/10 Customer Service. The mat arrived within a couple of weeks, the best part is it’s a high quality print that is also a proper functioning mousepad, unlike other mouse pads I’ve had that look pretty and don’t work like a mousepad should.

I am very pleased with this mousepad. It feels so much more smooth and silky than other pads that I’ve used (this is for the speed variant). The print quality is superb! Came out exactly as I wanted, and the seller was in constant communication during the whole production process.

Thank you very much for choosing a photo mouse pad that we have customized for you. It’s a real new idea to print photos onto the surface of the mouse pad instead of printing on paper. Dyeing printing on the cloth is more durable than printing on paper.
